She needs her space?

So I went to the club, and met this girl. We started talking, and hitted it off really well. Exchanged #s and all that. Then I called her the next day for coffee (had dinner & drinks instead), ending the date making out in her apt. Great date, things went very well. Texted her the day after the date to tell her I had a great time, and told her we should do it again. As I didn't get a reply, I called her later than evening (no reply either) and just left a voicemail.
2 days later I receive a text from her saying that shes sorry she didn't reply sooner, but that she needs her space, and that she'll call me later. What does that mean? Usually when I hit it off this well on a first date the girl loves to chat about it the next day..

You are right...when girls are interested they love to talk...so most likely, she's not interested. Who knows why. Maybe she just met another guy or you guys just didn't click. Move on and find someone else.

Well if she needs space give her space. All girls are not alike. It may just be a one evening affair for her.

Perhaps she is playing the field. Beware...

It sounds like she has some "buyer's remorse". She felt like she was acting a little slu%%y because things escalated before she felt really comfortable with you. Make it a point to try to connect with her as a person in a week or two, or when she's ready. She should get over it.
