How do I remove the empty space left on my myspace?

Alright, on my myspace, I removed the headings like "About Me", "Who I'd Like To Meet", "Interests", and every other heading in the Interests section. [general, music, movies, etc.] After I removed the words, it left me empty space were the words used to be. How do I remove the empty space in the interests table, or just reduce the size of the spot where the words used to be? Its kind of hard to explain..

just put <Z> in each section and it will stop it from being shown up, hope this helps !
