If a line extends through space and time in opposite directions will the ends of the line meet in infinity?

My squizm theory says yes. If a line is drawn on the middle of a Mobius Strip and the two ends of the strip are squiggled in tandem to form another mobius strip inside the other the two ends of the line will meet; as infinity meanders and ventures and frontiers the model.

String theory says it will.

I say no they won't. Simply because there is a negitive infinity and a positive infinity. Thus the lines would continue in oppisite directions and never meet because they are heading twoards two diffrent infinitys, positive and negitive.

No. You are misrepresenting infinity as a quantifiable concept. Infinity means that things go on for a functionally unlimited distance. It does not mean that reality bends back in on itself. I mean it could. But, the concept of infinity specifically means either that it doesn't (a logical impossibility....as all logic, assumption and thought rely on limits....making the whole thing beyond our grasp to comprehend) or simply that you don't know and choose to ignore what is happening beyond your ability to measure.

An example will clearly illustrate this. Take a marble. Draw a line around the circumference. Is that line infinite? Of course not. Yet, that is what you are proposing by your analogy.....that infinity is defined by a system bending back on itself. Obviously, that doesn't capture any of its essence and can't be used to a a grasp on the concept.
