Am I invading the Girl world space?

I am a 39 yr old guy looking at going to cosmetology. I went today for for an interview with my local cosmetology school and the girl that i met with seemed excited and nervous around a straight guy. Any thoughts on me going thru with my plans to be licensed Cosmetologist? Please tell me all you can because she looked like a lost puppy when I showed up

Go through the school, who cares what she thinks. I prefer male stylists personally because they want women to be beautiful and tend to be more careful when doing my hair. She was probably lost because I don't think there are a lot of "straight" cosmetologists out there, I could be wrong but I have only met 1 ot 2. If this is what you want though go for it.
