Did he fall out of love or does he just need space? How can I get through this? Please help...?

Ok, so my boyfriend and I have been together for 10 months, and we see each other every day...I know, that's a lot, but he would always ask me to come by and stuff...and I helped him when he was out of a job and when he hurt his back, etc...plus, he had just moved here when we met, and he didn't know too many people.
But now, he has this new friend, some guy with tons of money who takes him out to clubs and buys him stuff (in my opinion, it's like buying a friend)...and all of a sudden it's like he doesn't want me around as much...he doesn't call as often, doesn't play with me and flirt with me, and it's just not all cute and lovey like it was.
He also randomly mentioned that and he might move and he has to do what's best for him, etc...that we rushed into things, and he was rebounding...but he never gave a definite statement, just thoughts running through his head.
We were so wonderful before, how can I get back to that? I love him, and I don't want to lose what we have built.

Unfortunately, it appears that his mind is on other things rather than you. Don't take it personally though and try to move on.
Have you ever heard of this quote:

If you love someone, set him free.
If he comes back to you, he's yours.
If he doesn't, he never was.

Give him some time and see what happens. In the meantime, don't sit around waiting for him. Life's too short for that.
