Nutritionist session?

I'm studying to become a certified nutritionist. I am fairly far in my studies now, and am meeting with my first "practice" client. This client is a friend who is offering to let me practice on her. I have been instructed to meet with her a total of 5 times. As a professional, can you give me suggestions on what to discuss during each meeting? I've already met with her once, and we went over her age, weight, height, general diet, physical activity level. So, just very basic stuff. I don't want to overwhelm her, OR me, and want to space the information out accordingly. Can you offer my your suggestions as to what I should discuss, and HOW MUCH information to discuss with her during each session? Thank you!

Ask about specific health concerns. Previous health issues. Ask about women's issues- hormones, anemia, fatigue

Asking your client to keep a food log for one week will give you the real picture of your clients diet. You can then use this to give a true assessment of the carb/protein/fat ratio, as well as to look for any areas of nutritional deficiency and guide any diet modifications that may need to be made.
