She said she doesn't love me anymore...?

Well, I just had the biggest bomb dropped on me in my life. My gf of 4 years (we broke up about a month and a half ago) said she doesn't love me anymore. Is she just saying that b/c she wants me to leave her alone? She broke up with me to have her space. I'm giving it to her, but I did help her thru a surgery she had. Last week, she told me that she loves me and didn't want me to meet anyone else. I have been meeting other women and trying to get my mind off of things. I barely talked to her over the past 5 days, but I did send her a couple of emails telling her how much I love her, and that the women I've been seeing dont mean anything....Now today, I text her (for the third time in two days) and ask her how she's doing. She texted me back saying that I need to give up and move on, and that she doesn't love me anymore. Do you think that she doesn't? And do you think there is hope in the future if I just lay low and keep out of contact with her for a little while?? I'm heartbroken...

it's impossible to be in love one week & then the next week, no longer. She is probably upset that you are seeing other women more than likely. But you shouldn't be discussing with her what you are up too if you two are broken up. I mean, if you are dating & those women don't mean anything to you, no need to discuss this..just my opinion. .I don't think she means that she doesn't love you. I think she is just trying to hurt you b/c of the fact you are seeing other women..Could be a jealousy/insecurity thing. She may have wanted you to just wait around ((which I don't blame you for)) if she wanted you not to see others, she should have called things back on. Lay low for a while...heal your heart..and if you want, try and talk with her later on..there is always hope I feel..I've seen couples have nasty breakups and come back together but for now, you need to give her some space & you need some time to heal yourself.

well i think she iz still dealing with the surgery maybe it something deeper maybe shez on her cycle u should tyr to talk to her and try to get things right

im in the same situation. and i hate knowing that if we hold on and hope for that to happen its going to be harder on us. atleast she told you and you had closure. really you should move on cuz she didnt give you the runaround and that's it it's a done deal ..sorry. .just hope that you can remain friends for the near future cuz you couldnt handle that right away cuz there's too many mixed feelings involved

The thing to do is leave her alone. It'll make both your lives better. If you don't she'll get annoyed all the time and you'll be moreso depressed and your chances will look slimmer for the future. Focus on what you got going on for now and stay as busy as possible it's going to be rough for a while....accept it and hope for the best.

She tells you she needs her space and breaks up with you, then says she loves you, then says that she doesn't? I believe you are wasting your time. Get over your heartbreak and then get a girl who doesn't treat you like that.
