You've got a mix of various abilities listed out here, I don't think there's any one definition to cover all this.

The being able to sense what other people need is empathy. Sensing life may also fall into this catagory. Your life force is resonating with the spider which allows you to know it's there.

Being able to sense thoughts and personalities is more into telepthy.

You could also say that being able to sense whe people are close to you even when they're behind you and being able to navigate a strange dark room could also fall into the telepathy catagory, though you might also take into consideration some people have a more awareness of their surrounding and can do that without any kind of "telepathic" ability. I almost always know when someone is sneaking up on me when I'm at the computer because of subtle changes in sound, air flow and my radio goes to static the closer someone gets. I'm always listening to music when on the computer so the radio is the surest indicator.

You could indeed be psychic, but I think probably you're kidding yourself into self-aggrandizement.

could be intuition. or also just having emotions towards people and objects to amplify the feeling received from facial expressions or a simple emblem of a species such as the life of a spider, and not being callous.

The part about telling about peoples feelings sounds like your intuitive. The feeling life thing and feeling your way around a pitch black house sounds like a sixth sense psychic kinda thing. Scary, but awesome.
