1) The last one doesn't make sense because you're saying that the skateboard parks of Atlanta are more accessible than the city of Swapsburg itself. What the sentence means to say is "Atlanta's skate parks were more accessible than THOSE OF Swapsburg" so that you're comparing skate parks with skateparks, not skate parks with Swapsburg.

2) Hmm... I'm having trouble finding a clear error in any of those sentences. If there is a choice for "none of the above," I might choose it, but if there isn't I may eye the third sentence: should it be "better than anyone else can"?

3) You need to say "she had decided to run IN THE election" in the second sentence. You cannot run "for election," but you can run for president or secretary or some specific office.

4) Add a comma between "happy" and "young" in "Happy young families."
