From experience from having a sister with cerebral palsy, theres not many people out that are 'normal' that would want to date someone with such an abnormality, you can't change peoples views on you, but you should know in yourself that you are not using your gf for this. Stop trying to think of ways to prove them wrong and start being a better bf by not going behind her back having parties.
