PLZ Help me!!!!!!!!!!!!!?

I hve a advocate/counselor4,2 weeks now&I am15yrs.I only have her for court&protection because Im scared.I only met with her1in her office2sign papers&I never talked much,but I have met W/her at the District Attorney's office because I think my brother raped me but Im not sure cuz I have so many nightmares cuz of when I was younger&now I cant seem2tell the difference.I think My brother raped me cuz there is evidence&cuz when I was younger it happened2but it could just be my mind2I also told the District Attorney&its all based on the DNA.on the evidence.So I finally told the DA&This advocate,about my mom about how she would hurt us&lock me&my brothers&sisters in our rooms for many hours&would hit us like everyday.this is true4a fact..not thinking that she could get introuble,well they both told me if it happens again I need2tell them.So I have a meeting with my advocate/counselor Thursday&Im planning on not saying anything cuz I am scared of my mom What should I do?My mom threatend me.

She threatend that If I dont testify against him that I will go2jail,I already told her that I dont think this happend but it seems she doesnt want to hear it.Its her son,Why isnt she sticking up4him?My mom has always tried2destroy us as a family,By the way I dont live with her.I live with my dad&my step mom.When I used to live w/ my mom&little sister&brother she would always lock me&them in our rooms even when we had to go potty she wouldn't let us out.I am so scared of her,because she always tells on me or gets back at me4not doing what she tells me2do,or when I say I am going2tell on her she gets me in2trouble1time I called 911 &she twisted the truth to get me in trouble.She bruised my whole back it was so hard4me to breathe.I am so scared that she will come after me.What should I do?What will the advocate/counselor say or think in her mind when I dont say anything?Please help me.When I was living with her my 7year old sister only get1bath every month unless I give her1.

I know it takes a lot of courage to tell someone, but in order for the advocate to help you, you must tell her what is happening. If you let them know that you are scared of your mother and why, they will do everything thing they can to protect you from her. Good Luck.

jingles is right... you're doing great... remember its not your fault..., you should tell your advocate as they are there to help and support you... they need to know how best to do this and sharing will make sure that they get it right... your starting the healing process... give yourself time and good luck xx

Baby, I don't mean no harm, but you better stop being afraid and tell on your Advocate about your crazy mama, she is your biggest and only problem.
Once you've told your advocate, she will help you along with many others so they will take your Mama away and they will try to help her too, she needs mental health services. You have to trust the system to help you. They will help you and your brothers and sisters,. You have to tell, its your only chance believe and trust in God , I will pray for you..
I just want you to know that I am sad, I am sorry you have to go through all this, Please know that there is hope for you, and your little family if you tell your Advocate evertything.
