I had a dream my body was taken over?

I was asleep last night, and i dont know whether i was dreaming or whether i was awake, but anyway i sat up in my bed and suddenly felt like something was entering my body and taking control of it, basically possessing me
And then i was like going out my room and walking down my stairs, and i could like float

Anyway as i was posessed whoever was inside of me, i think it was a girl was telling me to find a letter and destroy it
i dont know why either

And i went out to a park to meet up with my friends one of them who i had fallen out with and find this letter and destroy it

eventually i found this letter (i think) i dont know what was in it but it was in my little sister toybox

thats all i can remember

can anyone help me
