Does he...?

There's this guy - we met through a mutual friend...
When we were talking, he asked about where I live, whether I hang around "L" (our mutual friend), he asks about my study and what I will do when I graduate (he even said "Oh, maybe we'll work together in the future and then I can boss you around *haha*". He asks about the subject that we both have and how the work for that subject is going along for me. One time he asked me how long it takes to get home and if I had to wait for a long time for the train- I said I had to wait a while and that I won't get home 'til about 7pm and then he said, "Is it safe in your area?" (his train came so he walked towards the doors but still turned around to talk for a few more seconds)

Around his friends (when he sees me he pretends he didn't see me) he laughs and jokes around like any guy would...continuing with his conversation etc...
once I walked into the lecture room and his friends seemed to look at me...

It's not like we're strangers- we have had a few conversations now and say hi to each other when we see each other around campus..but sometimes he just seems to pretend he doesn't see me....

Do reckon this guy is just shy? Do you reckon he MIGHT like me? :S

His actions are really confusing....Please help with some opinions!!

could be he is shy... and doesnt want to be teased by his friends.. but he seems interested in u.. and if he is comfortable asking u all this questions.. it would be ok for u to ask him.. why he does what he does.. good luck
