Does anyone know what the long term effect of taking Pro Plus could be?

Since my daughter got a full time job and has money in her pocket, like most teens she meets up with friends. Nothing wrong with that but she is out every night till the small hours of the morning. Gets little sleep and is off to work. She does not oversleep and is in on time. I went to put some clean washing in her room today and spotted a box of Pro Plus on her bed. She was "full of beans" when she came in the morning at eight and I was surprised till I saw the box of pills. I know they are not hard drugs and though in the eyes of the law she is an adult, I am still concerned.

I used to take them and never had any problem, i only took them occasionally though.

I've just read what Katie P wrote and I think I'd better stop taking them I've taken them on a regular basis because I'm a Divorced with 3 kids,full time job and I kept falling a sleep all the time so I started taking Pro Plus I've also taken Pharmenton they do the same thing but I think they're stronger and they really work a treat but there much dearer than Pro Plus. Maybe that's why I've got shopping bags under my eyes.

if she uses them longterm she will eventually crash, because as soon as she tries to stop using them her body will let her know how tired it is and she will suffer exhaustion. due to masking her tiredness, her body may exhibit other symptoms such as becoming ill more often due to an depressed immune system, she may suffer more aches and pains, and general inability to carry on as normal. she will begin to have bags under her eyes, and age prematurely. she needs to develop a good lifestyle now, otherwise in the future she will suffer health problems and have problems with time management, poor sleeping habits etc, as it creates a jetlag type of feeling.
