They claim I embezzled from my company... Help?!?

I have worked at a motel for three years in September. I just recently turned 19, so I started work there at 16. A year or two ago they started a program that allows people to get points every dollar they spend at the listed hotels/motels. My company signed us all up and we received cards in the mail with our names and rewards numbers. My manger had her underling add her number to a few rooms so that she could accumlate enough points to get a free night stay. I lost my card and just recently got a email from the rewards program, and found out what my number was. A long-term guests refused to sign up, but told me since I didn't travel I could put my number in. I told him I would have to check and see if it was alright, but put the number in anyway since it could always be erased. My manger, after all, had used her number at least a few times. My manger has known me since I was a child, and knows how seriously I take honesty, and integrity. Today she calls me and said we needed to meet

at 4 o'clock to discuss something. I was instantly nervous because she has never before done this. After I sat down in her office two of our corporate bosses who had been overseeing a new construction came in. They all started interrogating me, claiming that I had been gathering points since December '06. I didn't even have my card! I explained to them about the one gentleman, and how after that my number kepty popping up along with a few others on random reservations/walk-ins, and I would erase those I caught. I didn't know anything about the other number entires that amounted to quite a few. I was handed termination papers stating that I had embezzled from the company $893

The best thing for you to do is to talk to an attorney. My opinion is that these people need to be told that is legal and what isn't. But you need the lawyers help for that.
