Really want this rental - Anything more I can do? |
We've been looking for a house for us to move this Summer. I found a house yesterday that I love. The area is wonderful, Its the district I want my kids to be in! Huge fenced in yard. Everything I could want - That house offers. We met with the family and they seem wonderful. I let her know I was very interested in it...I emailed her today our drivers ID numbers..For our background checks. I told her anything she asked and explained our situation - we can move July-Oct. Which works with then they need to move. The rooms are already decorated younger boy, older girl...Just like my kids!! I know you want the house and all but if your too pushy on the potential landlord this could be a big turn off to them. I hope everything works out for you! They should have advised you of the steps they are taking and the timeframe of each. It takes a couple days to get a credit/criminal check back from the agency running it. No, just give them til next week then follow up. If you call them any more then you are just going to come across as a nag. |
