I need help with floor decorating?

I am placing cherry hardwood floor in my dining room. My kitchen and living room both meet up to the didng room floor.What should I pick for the color carpet for living room and what kind of laminate for kitchen. Design and color.Would it look stupid to continue the hardwood into the kitchen?

Wood all the way, then an area rug for dining room. to match your decor. laminate is a tough one to answer as we don't know what you have for kitchen cupboards. Good luck!

Lucky you, this sounds sooo beautiful. I don't think it would look stupid to have this in your kitchen as well, since you stated they connect. As for your living room carpet, I think a beige berber would look nice because it is neutral, and won't compete with the hardwood flooring. These two colors next to each other will be very complimentary. Enjoy!!!
