I found out my husband was cheating on me.?

I have been married for 1 month, i met him in my hometown of Savannah, Georgia. We decided to leave to go to Tampa, Florida to get married. We had about six hundred bucks, to last us until we got jobs and a apartment, well most of that went to hotels, food, and stuff like that. Well after our first week there we ran out of money, and ended up staying in a salvation army for two nights.

Then we decided that we were just going to come back home to Savannah, we both had our bus tickets, we ended up meeting a police officer who rents rooms out of his house. The guy put us up, for a week and then Shane asked me to go back home until he could get his own apartment and a job, so i go back home.

I talked to him everyday at least 2 times a day, but then i realized he was calling less and less he said it was because he was working..

I called early in the morning, and the police officer answered the phone, and said that Shane spent the night off last night and that's the third night th

that it was the third night that he had stayed the night off, with some lady who had came to pick him up.! I haven't talked to him since then and that was Monday...

How do i go about getting this annuled and what should i say to him?

I wrote him this email

First off, you are not stupid for falling for him. Remember for future relationships, that this scar you will carry is going to give you trust issues, and to not take it out on the next man. Learn from your mistakes. It sounds like you went through hell by his side and he didn't care about that part. As a woman also, you never leave your man unsexed and alone. But either way, he should be man enough to fizz in the shower.

Go to your local court, crying and all, and speak to someone. You should just be happy he did this crap before any baby was made. That means you can start over with no ties to him ever again!! count your blessing, and remember, there still is a wonderful man out there that is trust-worthy and will adore you much more than this fool!

Good Luck on your journey. You might have to go to the court where you were married to annul the relationship. But before you put money towards being face to face again, check with your local courts and let them know everything, including about the police witness you have!

Geez Louise! It sounds like you both jumped into this with your eyes closed. 600 dollars? What were you thinking anyway? He is a bum and you need to go to the court house and file for an annulment today. My God, how did you think you were going to live after you got married?

You don't leave an entire life for someone with $600 and no prospects. I hope you're learned a lesson. I also hope this is either a joke or you sounds like you're about 18 years old.
