In danger of being kicked out of dorm housing for marijuana please help?

Last night I was in my room when the RA's knocked on my door. I refused to let them in but they came in anyways of course. They said that they could smell marijuana, probably because I had smoked a few gravs in my room with some friends earlier. They told me the police were on their way and asked if it was alright to search my room. I told them I would not consent to a search and they proceded to walk around the room, "looking around" anyways and asking questions I did not respond to. They found my homemade gravity bong and an empty bagggy on the floor, thats all. Then the cops showed up and asked if they could search my room and I said no. They said fine and left immediately lol. I am already in residence jeopardy for drinking, and I have a meeting with the RD in 3 days which will decide my fate. I need to find some kind of excuse or way to get off the hook. Since they didnt find any actual marijuana I think it might be possible. Please help I dont want to ruin my life over some pot.

If the RA's saw the bong, you are probably on your way out.
The best thing to do would be to be totally honest, and tell them you are going to turn your life around.
Ask them for one more chance, and tell them that you will be sober from here on out.
And then make good on it. Stay sober.

You were already in residence jeopardy for drinking ... and you decided that smoking weed in your room was a good idea.

You didn't think that idea all the way out .. did you? They found enough paraphernalia to guarantee that you will be kicked out of your dorm room.

Start checking the classified section, under rooms and apartments for rent. Once you have secured lodging, check into substance abuse counseling, you need it!

What is more important to you, getting high or getting an education?
You sound like you have some intelligence so use your brains and either figure out how to smoke your pot without getting detected, or give it up until you no longer have to worry about people, RDs smelling pot coming from under the door of you dorm room.
Maybe you should ask one of the old hippie professors on campus how to go undetected, they have been doing it for decades!
