I thought we were friends...?help? plz read?

we have been really good friends for 2 years with this guy. lately he was flirting with me and so was i. however i thought he was just being silly u know..! even though i see him as a little more than a friend. we went to a party last saturday and i met this really nice and sweet guy, we kissed and made out in a room. my friend sent me a message when i got home sayibg that he wants to tell me something and then its over...after texting a while it became clear that he had feelings for me. i told him that he should have told me sooner because i like him too. he said its too late now because of what i did at the party. and now he said he doesnt want anything to do with me. he says we are still friends...but we havent spoken in a while. i miss him. im sad... ! its not fair. we are both 18 and he has never been in a relationship...i dont know if that has anything to do with it.

I don't know...

Maybe it's because I'm NOT 18 any more (thank GOD!!!!)

BUT. This boy sounds really really judgemental. He is ready to throw you away because you are not PERFECT. You are not the PERFECT PERFECT OH-SO-VERY-PERFECT WOMAN he's been worshipping from afar.

Just because he didn't have the balls to GO for what he wanted and another man did, that makes YOU the slut or something?

I don't know kiddo...I just don't know about you STAYING with a man THIS judgemental.

I mean, what if you 2 DO end up as a couple? Will he dump you every single time you do something he DISAPPROVES of?

Something to think about before you go "begging" him to take you as his own.....You may be better off leaving things as they are actually if he's this immature.

Tell him that you miss him and want to hang out, he probably feels the same way. He is probably heatbroken, but if your still into him and are single why not ask him to go out to dinner with him, then talk to him and tell him how you feel and how you miss hanging out with him. He will understand!
Hope everything works out!

explain to him that because he never really gave you any real hints, or didn't tell you that he had feelings for you, you had no idea that you were hurting him.
tell him how you feel. tell him that you miss him and you want to be with him. explain to him that you would rather be with him than any other guy, and that your sorry. then ask him out. even if you have to start it small, go out for a coffee.
