4 days 3 nights trip to Paris?

6 adult travellers(including parents). Plan to go Paris in July.
Transport - We're taking Eurostar from London to Paris. I'm looking for hotel. My budget is Euro40-50 per room per day. Now only Ibis hotel charge Euro 38 per room. But distance also one of the consideration. I'm not sure how far Ibis hotel to the places I want to visit

places want to visit are
- Eiffel Tower
- Champs-Elysees
- Rue de Rivoli
- Notre Dame
- Louvre Museum
- Chateau de Versailles
Please advise on hotel that meet my budget and what transport to take from Train station to ibis hotel and hotel to the places I want to visit. Thanks!

There are at least three Ibis hotels in the Paris area. None are central. I'd be happy to give you specific travel instructions if you would tell me which one you are staying in.

I personally would not stay outside the very center of Paris but if you do not plan on staying out very late at night and your focus is only on sightseeing then I suppose there is no reason not to stay on the outskirts.
