What type of fish?

Ok I have the 1 gallon aquarium shown in the picture and I currently have a betta in it. What types of fish could I keep in it. I don't want fish that jump or anything because there's not much room in between the water and the hood. I have a heater and the air pump working but my heater creates a 1 inch gap where the hood meets the rest of the tank. here's the tank that I have. http://www.petsmart.com/product/index.js...

awww thats sad. I don't want bettas any more. I hate them so much and I'm sick of them. could I keep a couple of tetras in it?

Golgfish are very very dirty, you will have to clean that thing evry day, plus they grow, and angel fish should have like five gallons of water per fish as a rule.if i had that thing id get a blue lobster, those guys are cool, but as far as fish go, think about fancy guppies or tetras, platies, even killies if you can find them. or cory cats , but keep thethe numbers between 3-5 , or stick to guppies, you could probly get twice as many guppies.

Sorry to sound harsh - but it would be better to keep fish in my water change bucket rather than a 1gal tank.

If you step up to a 10-15 gal tank then you can actually keep some other fish with your betta, which will be much happier and active.

Or else if you aren't that interested in fish any more, just give the betta to someone that is :-)

Get rid of it!! You cannot keep fish in a home this small. Would you like to live in a closet? How bout a closet full of smoke and pollution and never be able to get out.

That's how a fish in something like this feels like. Their excrement builds up in a matter of hours and it becomes toxic. Get a tank with a filter and more room.

I'm afraid to say you cannot have tetras they need more room and they are community fish so they need at least 6 or more to feel safe............ gold fish is good maybe a comet goldfish nothing too big or aggressive though
