Diagnose me?

for the past 2 nights i was really really cold. i thought it was just cold but last night my mom told me its nowhere near cold in my room. she checked my windows and my temperature nonetheless and my windows were closed, temperature normal. i ended up over warming myself up with a corded heater though. in this morning i feel a slight chill but nothing too big. last night i had, still have, a headache. i dont think i ever had this kind of headache before. at one point i felt if over my left eye, one point i felt it where my head meets my neck. how i discovered this was by looking straight down so my head was horizontal. it seems movement affects it a lot. my grandma said i probably have a virus. so waking up with, still, a headache im somewhat concerned. whats up with me?

no change in sleep or eating. but a bit of a balance problem which i am aware that i have.

Is it possible that you are lacking in iron?? Iron deficiency anemia will produce nasty nasty headaches and migraines, dizzy spells andloss of balance, paleness of skin, pale inner bottom eyelids ~ a pasty and white color to the inner lid of your bottom eyelid as opposed to rich and red and healthy, irritability and moodiness, fatigue and exhaustion鈾?br>
Some people with iron deficiency anemia always feel cold. They feel cold because iron plays a role in regulating the body's temperature.

Are you on your menses or vegetarian?? Both situations need carefull focus on your intake of iron rich foods.

Check out this link regarding iron, it may help you sort it out ~

Well you didn't say that your ears hurt or that you were stuffed up. Some times an inner ear infection can sneak up on you and cause ballance problems.

I am a father not a doctor and I don't play one on tv.

Sinus infection is also possible, but the headache moved from above your eye.

I really think that if it persists, you should go to your family doctor. There are viruses that attack the brain. Sometimes there is swelling and it causes these side effects. The movement of the head ache causes alarm.

As for the temperature differance. Don't worry, menapause should be a few years away if you are living with mom still.

Also, drink plenty of water. The heating pad could have just dehidrated you. That could also account for the head aches.

Dehidration could also account for clammy feeling or being chilled.
Some people are sensitive to barrametric pressure changes as well. so you could be off kilter do to the change of season.
