When you knew he was the one...?

has anyone ever met there life partner at 15/16 years old maybe even younger and known if so was it like
well you just knew and you couldnt shake it off ....not completely
it didnt feel right with any other guy
you felt safe with him
you were happy even if you were standing in the same room as him
when you looked at each other in the eyes something was there like you could see beyond the looks
whatever he did, whatever he was you still loved him
he could break your heart but you still knew you would pull through, and that he was feeling what you were feeling
you knew it would be all okay in the end
you couldnt give up on him because giving up on him is like giving up on a part of you
and damn its really hard to explain....so many emotions.... but like you just knew?

I'm 16. I had that feeling with my ex. I still haven't given up on him. It's been 4 months. I've had other dates, but I feel like nothing compares to him. Even if he got arrogant, I tolerated that because I loved him and I realize that I am somewhat arrogant myself. The series of events that brought us together are crazy. I've traced it back to when I was in kindergarten. My kindergarten teacher got pregnant and I got a replacement teacher. Last year I was in a musical over the summer that that replacement teacher directed. 250 kids auditioned, only 75 were selected. My audition was horrible, but I still got in the show and was selected for a special scene where I met a few new people and became friends with them. I believe it's because she was my kindergarten teacher. I was late getting out of the dressing room the day of our last performance and I went to the lobby to look for my aunt. I went all the way to the back only to find out she had left. Then I saw him. I said hi and asked him who he was looking for, he told me his sister's name, she was one of the girls I became friends with when I was chosen for that scene. We both felt a connection instantly, and I went to the cast party although I was not planning on it, I hoped he would be there. He was. We talked the whole time. We ended up dating and we broke up a few months ago. I keep hoping he'll come back. It's been 4 months. He hasn't come back yet.

I feel that way now & I'm twice as old as you.

You will just know i met my husband ( the love of my life ) when i was 16 and he was 21 he was with some one Else at the time and i had to wait 2 years for them to break up but we never stopped thinking of each other for those 2 years but as soon as they broke up we started dating and it has been wonderful ever since might i add we've been together for 7 years now and it gets better and better every year. also his parents were high school sweethearts and have been married for 27 wonderful years. so yes it is possible to meet " the one " at any age but wait till your older to make any "adult" decisions ( i think you know what i mean ). isn't that first LOVE bliss????
