Can i get my daughter back from her dad since he moved and left her with 9 othermembers of his family? |
my 2 yr old daughters dad has custody of her and he has met someone and moved in with her and her two kids and my daughter was left with his parent and sister and her 4 kids andhis sisterand her husband and my daughter live in a storage building on the property with 2 of his sisters kids and i need to know what i can do to get custody of my daughter again. she drinks more coffee then a adult drinks and she drinks sodas alot and thats not healthy for her can anyone help me with this.. i have my own house with my boyfriend and my mom is staying with us she would have her own room and i need to know if there is anything else i would need to take this to court and win i need help real bad You have a better shot than you think. Call social services, ask what they would recommend. File a complaint that way when you do get to court there is some record of your situation. Let them know she would be better off with you, and don't forget to tell them why. Just so you know social services is going to look into your complaint, so it's best to make yourself standout as the best and most fit parent (don't go overboard). If you need legal help contact legal aid. It depends on why you lost custody in the first place. the court system does not just revoke custody for no reason, so you must have done something to lose custody. Obviously it was somethign that you're embaressed about because you didn't mention it on here. My guess is that both of you are unfit parents. First of all you need to tell us why he won custody of your daughter? Courts generally don't take kids especially a little girl away from their mums unless there is a reason?? |
