Making new friends with sales assistants..?

Have you ever make new friends with sales assistants who are polite and provided good services..? And how to avoid being too intimidating or agressive as his colleagues are around..? Recently I've went shopping and I met a very friendly staff there (cute too =D) and he has made a small chat with me, so I think that there's room for making new friends with him. Please advise me. Thanks alot. =)

Dear Asker,
Im sure he is very proud to have been able to made a connection such as yourselves with a customer he has never met before. This shows good working skills on his behalf and shows your a kind soul at heart as well.

THe best way to go around this is to treat it as an ordinary friend situation. Maybe when you next go into the mall go into the store and perhaps suggest you could meet up and go to the cinema in a strictly friend type scenario and nothing else.

Be careful you do not risk him loosing his job by going into the store too much. If he is seen by his manager/boss talking to much to you then they will make the connection you are spending too much time talking and not buying and will fire your could be friend.

I can see what you mean about his collegues around him but th best thing to do is to just be yourself. He won't like the person whose not you because then this isn't a strong friendship because he's getting to know the wrong you.
