I can't go out and spend time with my friends or do activities?

I live with the most dirty, uncivilized, embarresing, idiotic, annoying brother. You probably think its not THAT bad but if you lived with him you would know. I hate him so much he is the main reason I want to get out of the house. My family has moved quite a bit and EVERYWHERE we go EVERYBODY he meets hates him and im talking about school, friends, anyone in particular. Now my family is decent but still sometimes it's just makes me angry as hell. My biggest problem is everytime I want to go out with my friends to the movies or parc or something on the weekends I can't because my whole family works all day those both 2 days. My mother always tells me I have to sit home and watch my brother when I want to go out. I barely get to do anything and it feels like I just want to rip that little kids head off. He always does stupid stuff like steal the things in my room or lock me out of MY OWN DAMN HOUSE. I tell my parents but they dont care, they can go out and do whatever.

Why not go to a movie with your friends and have your brother sit in a different row in front of you so you can keep an eye on him, but not have to put up with him?

Tell you parents that it's only fair that they hire a babysitter for a few hours so you can go out with your friends. Tell them your friends are starting to talk about how you never go out and wonder if you're being abused or something. Then ask them what you should say if a teacher asks you if your parents abuse you? That should make them think.
