How should I deal with my doctor boss who I think may have a crush on me?

I only work for this doc 3-4 weeks a year (I temp and help out his permanent secretary each year), but the very first time I worked for him, he wanted me to walk over with him to another building to get a tape for me to type and I had to wait outside the men's changing room for him to get the tape out of his bag. I just took the tape from him, but I could see him looking at me after I left him. Then, he rang me and asked to me to meet him at reception so he could show me where to collect his dictation from. I said to him, "I already know where to collect it from, as my colleague has already shown me". He said, "Well, it's just that I won't see you until next week now". I don't know if he's lustful or what. Then he rings when he's at other hospitals and tends to 'hang on' on the phone (conversation-wise) unnecessarily. What are his intentions? All I do is just get on with my work here.

What did you do after posting this question last year?

Start dropping hints about a boyfriend. Even if you dont have one. Make one up. That stops most guys cold. And if that doesnt work have one of your guy friends act as your bf. Have your fake bf shows up to get you for lunch one day, etc.

That is hardly professional. I would report the lad.

Just stay professional - 3 weeks will go by in a wink!
