He's haunting my mind...guy trouble HELP PLEASE???

ok i met this guy last night, and acording to my friends, he really liked me...
well we were all watching a movie, 6 of us, and he was sitting next to me on the couch and he kept putting his arm around me and stuff... and then he would turn his head, stare and me, laugh and continue watching the movie...
then my friend's mom came in and saw him with him arm around me and she was like, "she's 3 years younger than you." (which i am)
and then i had to sit across the room from him...
but i cant stop thinking about him!! i only got 2 hours of sleep last night, had multiple panic-attacks/hypervenalations, and i havent eaten anything since lunch yesterday!!!
i really dont know what to do...he commmented my youtube profile and said he was extremely sorry and he hoped he could talkto me again...
i SERIOUSLY dont know what to do!?! my parents found out and they tok my phone away!!!!!!!
PLEASE HELP!!!
