Don't Know What To Do About This Girl?

I'm am so lost on what to do with this girl and i need some advice. I met her at work late last year she was new then so we started talking quite a bit and I ended up liking her. Well I overheard her tell one person she was 18 well me being 28 at the time I thought no way she is way to young.

But after awhile after some more talking, glances across the room and smiling at each other and talking on msn well i kinda push the age to ths side thinking it was maybe ok. So one day I just took the chance and told her how i felt and she was ok about the age differents, but didn't want to start anything cause she was going to move back to the city and go to school. Well now i find out she is leaving sooner then she though next week is her last week and i see we aren't talking near as much as before. I am just wondering if i should say something again about still liking her and wanting to stay in touch and how how to go about it without sounding corny. I think i really like this girl
