Why would a Powerpoint 2002 presentation file off the network only work on the PC it was created?

So I created this presentation on my PC and saved it to the network. When I open the file from it's network location on my PC it works. When I attempt to open it on the PC in our meeting room, part of the slides have no background and no graphics. I can't figure out why it works on one and not the other. I've only tried it on these two computers, so it could be workstation specific but I don't know. Any ideas? Thanks!

I don't know if there are some compatibility problem, but is your version is 2002 I think it not the problem.
If you put a video file to the network I think this problem will not happen, PPT2DVD http://www.ppt-to-dvd.com can save your presentation to video file. but the disadvantage is the presentation can not edit by others

Have you saved it as a POWER POINT FILE, or a POWER POINT PRESENTATION

There is a difference.

If you save as a POWER POINT PRESENTATION, I think it carries all the info with it, and can open on any pc.
