Area of room=>A=L*W. If susbstituted=>(2x^2+9x+9)=L*W. Factoring=>{(2x+3)(x+3)}=L*W. Susbstituting=>{(2x+3)(x+3)}=(L+2)*W. Broken down{(2x+3)=(L+2)*W} and {(x+3)=(L+2)*W. Then (2x+3) / (L+2)*W=0 and (x+3) / (L+2)*W= 0. that is as far as you can take it. area = lengthxbreadth=2x^2+9x+9=2x^2+3x+6x+9 |
