Outlook 2007 HELP!?

How do you create a meeting within a building,in a room and when someone else books that room they know when it is being used so they can book at another time. How do you do this in Mircosoft Outlook 2007?

I have looked at Live meeting workspace - but isn't that only for over the internet meetings?

Please any help is appreciated

Also will groups help? If so can you share groups whithin the orgisation?

If you're using an Exchange server then the best solution is for the meeting room to have its own mailbox. You'll need some help from your Exchange administrator to get that set up properly. If they're unsure of what to do then get them to look up "resource account" on support.microsoft.com for more details.

Then when you go to schedule a meeting, make sure you add the meeting room as a resource (by clicking the little symbol to the left of the name and changing it from a Required attendee to a Resource) on the scheduling tab.

I suppose the easiest way would be in the calendar, you can set up meetings, you can send and receive group info etc, so yes I think that's your best bet.
