How can tell if a man is marry and if he is in love with you (if he is not marry) and want to marry you?

the man I'm dating tell me all the time he love me but we have been dating for 9 months and I have never visit his home or meeting any one of his love ones. He tell me all the time we are going get married. If get a call on his cell phone, he will leave the room to answer the phone. We only met at hotels even when I came to visit him from out of town we never go to his house he always tell something is wrong with his home for example, they are repairing his roof or he his love ones visting.
