Do you think this punishment is too harsh?

i have a boxing scholarship that i got when i has 10 (im now 16) but the other day i lost my temper with one of the senior trainers because he was just been annoying and critising everything i did. so i told him to "get bent" and started to walk off when he had a go at me and said i should go join my brother (my brother died about 4 years ago which he knew) and i totally lost it with him i punched him and my friend them pulled me out the room. and now im in serious trouble.
i had to go to a discipinarly meeting yesterday with all the senior trainers (except him) and my handler and they said that i was going to be punished and they would let me know what it was going to be today after they had agreed it with the one i hit and this is what it is
councelling/anger managemet
500 pressure laps
7 days suspension from training
15 minute stroke stand
do you think this is too harsh becuase i have to sign to say i agree with it in the morning

N O, this is not too harsh, because they would have banned you for life. You are really lucky.

no i think you were really lucky but he shouldn't have said that to you, i can understand why you lost it with me. Have you told anyone what he said, it might help. when i had a scholarship we used to get slapped with a rubber ruler on our hands for swearing (least it was over and done with though). i feel for you having to do a stroke stand though they hurt like crazy but it's your own fault really. just sign the paper and do you punishment it will be over before you know it
