Tell me how you met your best friend, in detail, please!?

Here's mine. I met first met him when I just started ninth grade. I think it was the first day of school. I was walking in to class and I saw these two tall guys torturing this poor boy that was like a foot shorter than they were. He was bleeding a little and he looked like he was going to cry. So I went up to them and told them to leave him alone. I had to get a little pushy, but they finally left him alone. I asked him if he was okay and if he was hurt, but he just looked the other way. I felt pretty bad because he didn't even thank me. But later that day, he found me in the band room and he apologized for ignoring me. And I hugged him. I think that was what brought us together as friends.

And you know what? He's my husband now!

How did you meet YOUR best friend, and how? Please, I must know, I'm so curious!

I have many best friends, but I'll name one.

Her name is Erica (<- Her code name. =\ Don't need any angry parents)

It was kindergarten.
She was Mexican, short, and for some odd reason had blond highlights in her hair (Which she got rid of, by the way xD) Her mother was right by her, and one of the Mexican girls dared me to go up to her and say, "Hablo espanol!" Too bad I was a little cracker who ended up saying, "Kabla espanod!"

Her mother (Who didn't speak English) was confused, and she laughed. She really didn't speak good English either, but she knew what I was trying to say.

The next thing I know, we could speak to each other, without speaking to eachother. And from there on we were best friends.

I met my best freind in third grade. She was on the swings she looked sad. I asked where did you come from? She said "My name is Samantha and I from Michagan." I said I was from Oklahoma. The next day two boys were teasing Samantha I'm not quite sure why it was so long ago. But anyways I was stronger than anybody I met and I showed those boys who's boss! Then Samantha said "your my best friend now! " and I said "cool"

They came from a family who had just moved in next door. I was standing in the front yard, and then my brother dumped a bucket of water over my head from the roof. They laughed and...invited me over. It all started from there. :) It was in the summer of fourth grade for me, and summer of third for her. I know, she's younger then me, but whatever. If you've got a problem with that, get over it.
