Is it time to rest a few days?

im soar from training for sprinting a lot the past couple of weeks, i also have had fitness room for gym this week and volleyball. my first invitational meet is april 23, should i take some days to rest so that i can perform better in sprinting practice and would it affect my runnning that much or should i just keep training 5-6 times a week? how many days should i rest if so

It is always good to have recovery days after hard days.
Taking off one day each week is usually a good idea.
Depending on how you feel you could do some easy days to recover.
You know how your legs feel so it is up to you as to how long you recover.
You will perform better if you are fresh and not dead legged.
Try to do 2 light days and see how your legs feel, if they are not better than take off one day completely.
With the training you have been doing you could taper down the week before your meet and not affect your conditioning.
