Is my brother gay?

I think my brother may be gay. I don't mind if he is at all but he is 19 and I would have thought that if he was he would have came out the closet by now. The reason why i think he may be gay is because he has never been into sport. I know that's not necessarily a reason but he also has never had a girlfriend. Well he says he has but we have never met her. Also we were at this party and I went into my friends brother's room and i found him in bed with this guy. They were asleep but they both had their shirts off. I totally wouldnt mind if he was gay and i would like to think he could come to me and tell me if he was. But he hasn't said anything. I'd love him just the same. I tried talking to him but he went all red and told me to go away. I also found him kissing this guy the other day. It was only on the cheek but it was the same guy in the bed with him.
Do you think he is gay?
Should i talk to him or wait til he is ready to tell me himself?
I dont wanna push him.

You sound like a level headed, sweet and caring sister. I say ask him. Make sure he knows it would not change how you feel towards him.


He has a really great sister, when I came out to my three sisters that were all very loving and supportive and they made everything so easy for me.

I dunno if he is--to me he sounds sounds like the sports hating, guy-who's-not-onto-his-girlfriend-meetin... kinda guy. Or maybe his family is embarrassing?
Definitely don't push him because that is never the right thing to do; he'll come out when he's ready.
And just because a boy hates sports doesn't mean that he is gay!

Ah, it's pretty obvious that he is gay. Straight guys do not, I repeat, do not kiss other guys on the cheek or 'sleep' in the same bed as other guys. Although you except him, others may not and that is why he has not come out yet. And age means nothing. Some people do not come out until middle age or never.

Why even bother, if you don't mind if he is. Why do you need to get him to tell if you pretty well know the answer. He'll tell you when he's ready but then may be he figures it's none of your business. If it doesn't than for get it, or do you need to know that bad!!
