Girl i went through this same thing. anf i made a move on the guy, dated him for two years. wasent friends with his sister anymore because being friends with the sister and dating the brother never works out good. ecpcially if he is older. anyways the realtionship didnt work out . like most of them. so if you want to be friends with his sister then dont make a move on it.

I know exactly how you feel except it is my brothers best friend that i like a lot. The first thing you might wanna try to see if its real on both ends is kiss him. You can always tell by the way he kisses you back if there is any chemistry between the two of you.
