What do I do about a guy who likes me and does not leave me alone, when I most certainly DO NOT like him?

This boy at my school who I met a few monthes ago, he really likes me. I mean, he always makes gestures when around me that I dont like, he makes sexual jokes that are not funny, and just plain acts annoying and perverted when Im around. He always asks me out, and then makes jokes about what we will do at night in his room after the date, if you know what I mean. And, he's always touching me. Not in a bad way, its just he sits close to me during lunch if he can, and then makes jokes and gestures with his eyes and hands about touching me on my breast. Im sick of it, I just want him to leave me alone. If he starts to make "gestures", I always tell him to stop, to go away, sometimes pushing him off his seat (Im not the kind of person who would let someone do that to me) and he usually goes away, but always comes back the next day.
What can I do that will make him stop without hurting his feelings? Please, I just want him to leave me alone! Im so sick of him!

What you are talking about, if in the adult world instead of school, would be called sexual harassment. You need to tell the boy that you will report him to the school officials if he gives you anymore trouble, and that you are sick of it. Make sure there are people around to witness that you told him this. Then, if he does not leave you alone (like returning the next day) immediately get up and go talk to one of the officials at the school about your problem. By doing this, it makes it their problem to deal with, and they have to do something. They will make sure he leaves you alone, even expelling him if he refuses. That should give you some peace, as well as giving a message to the other guys that you won't permit this kind of treatment.
