I need Software which does the following:?

I'm using a MegaMeeting Application for my Webcast. When one connects to this Meeting Room, you'll see the Webcam of myself and the other Users in the Meeting Room. Here's what I need:

I need an application which records a region of the Screen, and I found plenty of them, they just don't do what I need... But also records my voice, as well as the voices of anyone else who is talking.

(Preferrably something for free)

I tried RiverPast, Fraps, ZDSoft so far and none of them work... What can I get that does exactly what I've requested?

hypercam or camitasia are the best ones that I know of
