Can you please help me interpret my dream?

the dream started off with my family having a big family reunion (family who i haven't seen in years including cousins, aunts, grandparents, etc). We were on vacation, somewhere like hawaii, and we all met in a hotel room. it was very crowded but i got to see everyone there, even my dead grandma who was not "dead" in the dream. and then i went for a walk alone outside where I saw palmtrees and the beautiful beach. And I went back into the hotel, got in the elevator, and got off on the wrong floor on purpose because the guy who was talking to me in the elevator was creepy and annoying, so i wanted to get out of there as soon as possible. the floor i got off on, my sister was waiting for me, and she told me that all of our stuff has been taken out of the hotel room, as if we've been "kicked out". and so she and I were on our way back up to the room, even though everyone was gone and our stuff was all removed by the hotel staff. then i woke up.
can anyone try to interpret this?

Well when you dream about family it usually represents warmth and love and relationships. Although - with your sister being a specific figure in your dream, there's something that she represents. Probably an aspect of her personality that would be useful to you at the moment. Either that or sibling rivalry!

Hotels represent new ways of thinking, new starts & getting rid of old ways & habits. The whole being 'kicked out' bit most likely represents something you are feeling left out of or that you can't get into.

it appears you were waking up cause the dream got too much and that you woke up in time. means nothign i think.

I am definitely no dream interpreter but if your seeing family members you haven't seen in a while, maybe your missing them. Or feeling disconnected and/or unloved. If you are on vacation in the dream, maybe you feel you need to take a break from the rest of your life, and find a connection-maybe through your relatives. Obviously I don't know your connection with your grandmother, but possibly you felt she connected you to the rest of the family? Maybe the man in the elevator represents your disgust with something/one in your life currently [such as a boy/girl friend/fiance etc]. If you and your family have been kicked out of the hotel, and only your sister remains with you, maybe you feel your family drifting apart is about to get worse or semi-permanent and your sister is the only connection you have left. I hope any of those possibilites made sense.

hmm that is a tough one- I am not very good at this but it sounds like maybe your neighborhood that you and your family grew up in has changed into something less desirable? For instance where I grew up it was a nice clean city and now its just very dirty and alot of crime happens- I feel like my family has been "kicked out" of our once beautiful place we called home.
