What electives to take?

I'm in the 8th grade and a girl and i can't decide an elective i can only chose 3 execpt i can take all 3 music courses. i can't decide. I'm definatly taking spanish though so i need two more. it's either:

Music Courses:
Rock school - no experience neccesary, you meet song writers for AMAZING bands like aerosmith, U2, ect. You meet professional musicians from bands like Hedley and you get an easier chance to get signed we had 3 bands signed last year and one is now making LOTS of money being a manager for bands so it's a great opportunity. great teachers aswell

Guitar 9 - i alreayd know how but you don't need traditional tabs, just basic once and learn some cool technics

Recording arts - similiar to rock school, we have a professional both and system, it's pretty much like a real recording room, you get to meet famouse producers as well. great opportunity and yo can get radio airplay.

The teachers are all professional musisician so your learning first hand.

Art:
Media

ran out of room =D

Media- you learn photogrpahy, paiting, animation, music videos, commercials and stuff like that.

buiseness (sp) it's pretty cool you learn FIRST hand things and basic marketing, accouting all that junk =P

we have an impressive music program but i can take all three but it would require staying after school so i'll stick with 2. it's either rock school or recording arts.

I say go for Recording Arts and Media. They both sound pretty good, and "Recording Arts" sounds like more of a real course than "Rock School" to me (which may make a difference when you apply to colleges- it's a long way off, I know, but it's something to possibly consider).

I'm so incredibly jealous! I wish my school had crap like that! Personally, I would do do rock school and recording arts. But, I can never stick with an instrument, except singing. :) Taking private voice lessons is worth it too! And if you can take a theatre class! Those are great! Next year I'm taking choir, photo, and theatre! Wahoo! But that's just my opinion. Best of luck :)

I would say the Business one for sure. Even though you think it may be boring, it will help you a lot in the future when you are looking for a job...
And take a music or art one. Those sound relaxing, so your classes won't all be too stressful.
