Should I be creeped out or touched that I lied to him and he doesn't care?

2 yrs. ago I met this guy in a chat room, not intentionally, just passing time. It turned out, he lived 30 min away from me. Well for 1 1/2 yrs. I showed him pics of my friend and told him it was me (she knew about it). Then about 2mts ago he told me he wanted to meet me. I had just gotten out of a relationship so I was all for it, but I had to tell him that the girl he has thought was me (looks wise) was not. -He always gloated about how hot she was, so that made it even worse. -
Well I told him & sent him a picture of me, he was not upset at all, except for ( you shouldn't feel the need to lie to me). Oh we have talked on the phone too. When he seen men he said I was cuter. But the problem is why dosn't he care? He claims he didn't care about the pic, he liked the personality. Should I be creeped that he does not care, or should I feel like I am lucky to find a guy where he says looks arn't everything?

well your lucky hes no creeped out obviously he is attracted to who you are and maybe he didnt make a big deal cus its a risk you take when meeting on line. in two 2yrs he obviously has gotten to know the real you and looks dont change that.

He might just not care, and really like your personality and how you sound on the phone, but that does sound kinda creepy...

No he can see through your act of insecurity and want to start a relationship. Honestly good men know that people will lie if they are desperate enough to make something happen.

he was happy you were not a 13 year old boy, or a 40 year old gay guy, or a girl his age, but weighing 500 lbs.
we guys expect to be lied to, especially on the internet.

if it makes you feel better, he is probably lying about not being married.

If you met this guy on line and show him one picture but really look completely different you should be creeped out. He is probably a pedohile of something....run away

holy crap girl u are thinking about this wayyyy too much...if hes over it then dont push the issue, he told u ur hotter, and he most likely ment it...some people just dont get mad about that stuff....u should be thankful that he wasnt mad at u, but not creeped out...u met him online anyways, how much more creeped out could u be....so just run with it

I would be happy that he wasnt upset, after all, isnt that the reaction you wanted?? And all us women want to know that looks arent everything. Plus, he might think the real thing is just as cute, or even cuter, than the pitcures of your friend you were sending...

Having said that, I personally wouldn't let my gaurd down completely until having known him awhile. Chances are, hes just a good guy (right, guys?) but he could just be desperate and looking for whatever he can get.....and you should never feed into that.

Really, since you are the one who knows him, deep down you know how you should feel about his reaction.
