Does anyone know any good bars in London between Waterloo & Westminster? |
I need to arrange a pre-dinner meeting place for a work outing for 7 people (mainly blokes) but wine lovers, not bitter drinkers. Either around Waterloo station or Westminster tube. It's gotta be clean, fresh & modern without being uber-glam, and have enough room to breathe! Not too much to ask huh? CAN only think of Brixton & Wandsworth in that area? Waterloo has a good pub called the Firestation (just outside the mainline station) Sorry mate, I was there but can't remember much. No one knows - except fpr me - the answer is Spittmo's You could try the Archduke, which is a wine bar close to Waterloo Station, on the way to Westminster |
