Girls, if you meet a creepy nerd guy, what would you do?

I met this guy who's a friend's friend. He's never had a girlfriend nor does he have female friends and he's so much into japanese anime. Like, he has a lot of dvd's, figures, and posters in his room. But that's not what creeps me out.

What creeps me out is almost all in his collection are girls in sexy attire. Like his pc desk is covered with anime figurines of school girls showing their panties, girls in bikinis, girls in very sexy armor, and worst of all anime girls in provocative poses that look like little kids. I know some people said that "they only look like kids but in the anime they're actually 18", but still. And he keeps saying that he's proud that he likes women because it proves that he's a man not like other anime fans who like robots or men fighting.

Now I'm having mixed emotions. Part me of feels creeped out, but part of me also pities the guy. I mean it's not as if he disrespected me (in fact he was a bit too chivalrous, probably cuz he's never had a girl-friend).

If I felt creeped out by somebody, the last place I would put myself is in his bedroom. In fact, I'd stay as far away as possible.

You just met, him if you get bad vibes , take an exit door . If you like him, stay at a distance until you get to know him more .

hahah he seems like a good kid prolly jut sorta lonely. i dont know how this kid feels about you and if you think hes good looking but atleast be his friend.

Okay i had friends in high school that liked anime. Seriously all the girl characters wear nothing and stand in "intresting' positions.

But if you don't like the guy- ignore him. Eventually he'll get it .

i met a nerdy guy at kroger who was bagging my groceries. my husband was with me. anyway i had one cart full and he asked me if i needed help taking my groceris to the car. i couldn't help but laugh.

He seems harmless, just be aware of him but don't think you need to fear him. I use to know a guy like that really into anime and the anime girls but I was never wierded out by him cause he never disrespected me or tried anything funny. Just wierd that's all.

well- try to intrest him in something else that has to do with anime- but minus all the weird creepy stuff... then once you get him intrested in something somewhat normal- try to find him a girl who likes anime as well- there are so many out there- im sure he'll find someone...and good luck :]

he just sounds like a harmless guy who hasn't got any yet. it isn't as creepy to me as it is funny. i think that with time (should he ever pry himself away from his anime), he'll figure out that a real girl is a lot more fun and that the "real men" are those who don't proudly display their collection of cartoon porn to a girl nice enough to enter their room.

Well ,you just describe adult anime.....there is even xxx animes...is like playboy but with comics .........probadly his like any other boy of his age....surely looking for the samething ! stay away from his bed-room....lol

Tell him if you want to be friends, I don't know if you do or not. Just tell him you find this stuff offensive and that women are not objects.

He has a penchant for schoolgirls. Lots of men do.
It's not child porn and it's quite common so I wouldn't worry too much about it. It gets about a 5 on the creepiness scale. However, if it puts you off it puts you off and it seems as if he's very naive about and isolated from women, so he may have some strange ideas at first..

Since you're torn between creeped out and pity, the future isn't bright, so time to ditch the bizzarro and look for pastures new

If you meet a person who you feel uncomfortable with, then stay away.

A better response would be to just think for a second; "do I feel comfortable with this guy? is his hobby making me feel uneasy? would I want to hang-out with this person?"

If your answer is NO, then just stay away from him/her
