Have forwarded e-mail from old email 2 new ymail but they get lost. Have checked spelling????who to contact?

I have forwarded e-mails from my old address to my new ymail address, but I don't receive them. I have checked to make sure the spellings were correct. Who can I contact or where can I check. I am sure I have others floating somewhere also.

Look in your "Spam" or "Trash" folder. Many times mail will go there unless you have the sender's name listed on your contact sheet, which is something you should always do. (Put your e-mail addresses on your own "Contacts" page).
