I cant reply or forward email in the all-new-yahoo mail..? |
In the new or beta version of yahoo mail I cant reply or forward my email. It states that there are errors on page. and i can only reply it when i change it back to classic yahoo. this is very troublesome for me. i keep using yahoo mail because i like the presentation on of the page. i do urgently need help with this as i use this email in my work. Yahoo is still having some problems at the moment. Suggested cures range from Update Adobe Flash Player and Javascript to clear IE7 cache, cookies, and browsing history. Different things seem to work for different people. It's causing attachments to not show, 999 errors where it won't let you do a particular action and some people cannot send receive delete or move mail. It's not just Vista either it's happening to some of us on XP. I have been advised to use this site to view my mail, www.mail2web.com if all else fails go back to classic mail via this link. http://us.mg1.mail.yahoo.com/dc/optout?s... click yes when asked do you want to opt out. Hope this helps. The all-new Yahoo Mail would work best if you have an Adobe Flash Player v. 9 to at least make it work properly. You are correct, the presentations on the all-new Yahoo Mail are much better than the Classic, however, if you are getting errors on page every time you go to reply or forward a message then, it may be pertaining to the browser that you are using. This Mail works well with Firefox browser v. 2.0.0.1 or higher. If you don't have Firefox, it is easy to download the latest version by accessing http://www.mozilla.com. |
