If I e-mail a HR question to my admin. clerk to be forward to HR does he/she have to forward it by law?

At my job HR is across the country making contact a little diffucult.

I don't know of any "law" that demands anyone to forward any question to HR.

My experience with HR, in any job that I have ever had, is not positive.

No she doesn't have to forward anything by law. The fact that it's HR means they are the boss and your a employee they can fire any time they feel like it. The admin. clerk doesn't work for you and there is no laws that en powers other employees over admin. clerk who forward email to HR.

Should she forward it, yes.
Can you sue her if she doesn't, no.
