What's Yahoo Mail Plus phone/email? Worth renewing?

Yahoo Mail Plus demanding renewal, but why should I bother if regular email has unlimited storage? It's just for personal use...will failure to renew lead to any lost of any saved/stored messages? What's advantage for personal home user of using Yahoo Mail Plus, since regular email allows forwarding, unlimited storage, etc...

Yahoo Mail Plus won't answer email, their renewal notices don't provide any phone numbers or email addresses to contact them directly. How do I do so? ..

If you don't need the POP and don't mind the ads then I would switch to the free Yahoo! Mail.

You will not lose anything when you go to the free. To cacel the Mail Plus this is what you need to do.

Click My Account at the top of your Mail page, beneath your ID.
We want to make sure it鈥檚 you! Please provide your password.
In the first section of the page that opens, click Manage My Premium Services.
In the 鈥淪ervice鈥?column, locate 鈥淵ahoo! Mail Plus鈥? Along the same line, in the column on the far right 鈥?鈥淎ction鈥?鈥揷lick View Service Details.
Now, above the 鈥淪ervice Summary鈥?box, in the upper-right area of the page, click Cancel Service.
We鈥檙e sorry to see you go! In fact, that鈥檚 exactly what we tell you on the page that opens. We also leave you a space to supply us with a comment or two 鈥?or lots! We'd like to learn from your experience and find out why you're canceling. Afterward, click Continue to Cancel.
Here鈥檚 what happens when you cancel:

Service is terminated immediately upon cancellation request, and a pro-rated refund for the unused portion of the service is issued upon cancellation.
Your Yahoo! Mail account reverts to the free Mail storage size and other free features.
